DOVE RCS magazine garden

Orticolario 2014; Villa Erba, Cernobbio; Como Lake | VERDEarchitettura projects and put on scene at Orticolario 2014 the DOVE stand. A garden where you can relax, like an oasis surrounded by plants from all over the world. DOVE, the italian leading  magazine in tourism sector, trends and free time, participates for the first time at Orticolario and presents a photographic exhibition dedicated to the journey and the scents.  A gallery of images and places that evoke suggestions and ancient fragrances. Leading the projected way is the sense of smell: the olfactive memory has the power to evoke memories and atmospheres. Inside metal pots, like leaves fallen on the ground, you can admire a collection of plants from evocative colours, shapes and textures that makes you imagine new places yet to be discovered. Working on a pavement of gravel embellished by chromatic effects, we became part of a mosaic with others leaves out of scale. At the center of the space a wooden pergola with essential furniture, colored with shades from bright colours, and informal seating hand braided. As fifth in the background there are the dividing panels. A contemporary reinterpretation of the ancient screen, with fabrics printed with photographs of the landscape: the sea, the forest and the dunes of the desert, to relax, soak in the flavor and make a real journey olfactory [photo by Dario Fusaro]
